An opulent wine displaying perfumed fruit and floral honey aromas. Stone fruit and mandarin characters integrate with a textural palate and are structured with balanced mineralised acids.

Lone Goat Vineyard is the wine venture of Matt King and Marion Seyb who in 2007 took over the original Giesen vineyard established over 30 years ago on Burnham School Road, outside of Christchurch. Matt has over 20 years wine industry experience. The vineyard is named after Ella the original goat on site, now succeeded by Zoe. The vineyard is situated on Canterbury’s free-draining alluvial plains and is 13.6 ha producing approximately 5,500 cases annually.
