"Complex and enticing, fragrant, varietal and packed with aromas of sweet herbs and tropical fruits, citrus and white peach, apple and grapefruit. On the palate - salivating acidity leads to flavours of citrus and tropical fruits, white stone fruits and apple. No mistaking and energy in the acidity and mineral stony layer. Balanced, fresh and well made. A luscious long finish with best drinking from today and through 2025" Cameron Douglas, Master of Wine

"Bright, even, pale yellow-gold with a green hue. The bouquet is gently-full and concentrated with well-packed aromas of succulent tropical green mango, lime, cassis, entwine with elderflower, spices and a subtle creaminess, freshen by seaspray. Medium-bodied, the palate features mouth-filling flavours of green mango and cassis lusciously, along with elderflower and minerals, forming a rounded and concentrated core. The fruit is underlined by a very fine-textured phenolic and refreshing, lacy acidity; along with spices; the wine carries to a lingering, fine-textured finished with concentration and depth. This is a well-crafted mouth-filling Sauvignon Blanc with succulent tropical green mango and cassis flavours, complexing details of spices, saline and creamy palate, and fine-textured presence. Fruit selected from a single vineyard in the Dillons Point, fermented to 13% alc, 40% was matured in seasoned French oak barriques, on lees for 4 months. Match with Cantonese dim sum and seafood over the next 5 years" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Oct 2020

"This stunning sauvignon shows lifted aromas of feijoa, Granny Smith apple, apricot and kaffir lime on the nose, followed by a concentrated palate that's brilliantly focused and lingering. It's powerful and delicious with pristine fruit flavours, finishing impressively long and lively. At its best: now to 2025" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Oct 2020

Light straw colour in the glass. Intense and complex aromas of lime zest, nettle and smokey cordite. Round and rich with notes of grapefruit, passionfruit and delicate minerality, with a long and complex finish.

Food Pairing: Drinking beautifully from release and will continue to develop complexity over the next three to five years. An ideal match with Marlborough's Green Lip mussels, seared paua or a delicate goat's cheese salad.

"Bright, youthful light yellow with a slight green-golden hue. The bouquet is soft with poise aromas of melon and stonefruit, subtle hazelnut and toasty nuances. Medium-bodied, the palate is bright and lively, presenting melon, ripened stonefruit and citrus; accompanied by spices, hazelnut and pastry with custard. Creamy texture entwined with a soft phenolic mouthfeel; the acidity is taut with good energy, contributing to a long refreshing finish with subtle spices. This is a youthful, well-crafted Chardonnay with ripe fruit nuances, hazelnut and custard pastry; a creamy texture and lingering taut acid drive alongside chalky mineral texture line to a sustained finish. Will benefit from short term ageing. Match with crayfish and poultry over the next 5 years. Predominant of fruit from Ure Valley, South Marlborough, fermented in French oak barrels with a third of new oak barriques, to 13% alc, 4g/l RS. Aged 10 months in barrels on lees and regular battonage" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews, Jun 2020

"Already drinking well, the 2019 vintage (4.5*) was grown principally in the Ure Valley, south of the Awatere Valley, and fermented and matured for 10 months in French oak barriques. Fresh and elegant, it has excellent weight and vibrancy, with strong, peachy, citrusy flavours, gentle biscuity and toasty notes adding complexity, balanced acidity and a well-rounded, harmonious finish" Michael Cooper

A pale gold colour in the glass with aromas of ripe peach, fresh figs and subtle toasted hazelnuts. A textured and rich Chardonnay showing notes of tropical peach, ripe apricot and delicate hazelnut. A subtle oak influence leading to a lingering toasty finish. Drinking beautifully from release and will continue to mature over the next five to eight years.

Food Pairing: Excellent when paired with a creamy risotto topped with parmesan and crushed pine nuts.

"Deep, dark ruby with a purple hue and some transparency, lighter purple edged. The nose is fragrant and full, penetrating black cherries' broody aroma, blackberries, melded with violet and rubbed thyme, underlined a hint of mineral. Medium-full bodied, herbaceous and savoury, nuances of black cherries, blackberries have concentration, enriched by thyme, herbs and violet. Ripe tannin extraction contributes to a velvety tannin grip, reflecting on the broody, almost plummy ripe fruit added breadth and weight to the palate. The fruit has a savoury tone, linger with floral fragrance and herbs to a long, sustained finish. This is a rich, savoury and broody Pinot Noir with black fruit and elegant fragrances balance on a velvety tannin palate. Match with lamb chop and mushrooms over the next 5 years. Clone 115 and 777 from Delta Vineyard in the Southern Valley, fermented to 13.5% alc, 10% whole bunches; ages in French oak barriques for 10 months, 30% new oak. Finest barrels selection, lightly fined" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Feb 2021

"A really lovely bouquet of ripe red berry fruits, baking spices, toasty wood, plum and sweet dark roses. On the palate - complex, fruity, varietal and dry. Fruit flavours intensify on the palate with spicy raspberry and dark red cherry, plum and toasty wood spices enhanced by firm youthful tannins and medium+ acidity. Lengthy finish with ideal drink from late 2021 through 2026" Cameron Douglas, Master Sommelier, Feb 2021

Garnet red colour in the glass. Black cherry, with a hint of toast and cedar. A ripe and round palate, showing black cherry, damson plum and black olives. A silky structure with toasted oak on the finish. Drinking beautifully from release and will continue to mature over the next eight to ten years.
