"Charming and delightfully expressed, the inviting bouquet shows watermelon, apricot, floral and lemon peel aromas, leading to a vibrant palate that’s juicy and lingering. It’s pristine and elegant with youthful fruit intensity, finishing long and fabulously dry. At its best: now to 2022" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Sep 2020

Lumé is highly palatable - boasting exotic floral fruity flavours, giving off a vibrant taste. Lumé has been hand crafted for every-day easy drinking, made to be enjoyed in the sunshine with family and friends. Lumé is produced utilising traditional methods of production and is deliciously dry, with an exceptionally light pink pigment and hue.

Lumé is a boutique, artisanal wine-making company, producing and specialising in Rosé, sourced from the world famous Marlborough region. Lumé was founded in 2020 and lovingly creates an opulent and classic Rosé.

2020 was Lumé's very first vintage and first wine - made with care and skill by Digger Hennessy - who has been making award winning Marlborough wine for over 25 years. The grapes were harvested in late March, then upon arrival at the winery, the grapes were de-stemmed and crushed immediately, followed by 4 hours of skin contact. The juice was then pressed off and slowly fermented dry.

Food Pairing: best paired with antipasto platters, cured meats and cheeses - a perfect wine to complement virtually any food.
