Very pale colour with aromatic notes of strawberry and blueberry. The palate is medium bodied and rich with a soft texture and a long finish. Enjoy chilled.
The grapes for this Mystery Rosé were picked early in the morning and pressed together quickly to minimise colour pick up. After settling the juice was fermented with a neutral yeast and aged on lees for five months.
