This pretty pink is a delicious new find from a domaine in Coteaux de Beziers. Using Provence’s finest varieties for elegant rosé, Grenache and Syrah with a splash of Cinsault, it’s crafted from hand-picked grapes, harvested in the cool night to seal in freshness. Subtle berry fruit with a classic savoury edge and bright lemony zip, it’s a top choice with seafood or creamy vegetarian dishes and also great solo. Gardian is a classically crisp, Provence style Rosé.

Deliciously crisp release from France’s most lovely region for Rosé, the Languedoc. Long hours of sun and cooling sea breezes produce wines with subtlety and balance. Pretty berry notes with a citrusy zip.

The Skalli family, with its long background in winemaking, has been based in the South of France since 1961. In the early 1980s, members of the family visited California where they discovered a new approach to winemaking in the Napa Valley, north of San Francisco which focused on using a single varietal in order to bring out the wine’s true personality.

Exquisitely pale pink of great brilliance in the glass. The nose is floral, with notes of aniseed, rose and white blossom. Succulent, well-balanced, fruity and fresh at the same time, it reveals notes of citrus but also white peach, apricot and a touch of almond and mint. A beautifully long finish confirms this as a structured Rosé that is not only excellent for drinking immediately.
