Description
- Dry style
- Rasberry
- Winter citrus
- Fresh acidity
"Delicate and finely expressed, the bouquet shows crunchy apple, lemon peel, nectarine and subtle savoury notes, leading to a brilliantly focused palate that's linear and persistent. It's elegantly textured with bright acidity, finishing long and delightfully crisp" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Nov 2020
"Bright, pale peach-pink, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full with fragrances of raspberries, red currants along with red blossoms, entwined with a hint of oyster shells. Medium-light bodied, the palate has great concentration and depth, aromas of raspberries, red currants and field strawberries are well in proportion, unfolding aromas of white spices and hints oyster shell minerals added interest. The mouthfeel is opulent, smooth and buoyant flow with great energy along with lacy acidity. The fruit intensity enriched by a dusty fine-textured phenolic lingers to a refreshing flavoursome, dry finish. It's a complete package on its own or pair with salmon gravlax and venison carpaccio over the next 3 years. A blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache Noir and Rolle fermented to 12.5% alc, 1.5 g/l RS" Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Reviews, Dec 2020
"Made with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah - this classic blend showcases a classic bouquet of cherry and red apple, fresh red cherry and floral highlights. On the palate - immediately approachable, fruity, crunchy, fresh and just dry with a whisper of residual sweetness, salt and a moment of white pepper spice. Quite ‘new world’ in style, tasty, fresh and ready to enjoy from today" Cameron Douglas, Master SOmmelier, Nov 2020
Star bright in colour, vibrant pale pink that has flecks of copper flections. A unique combination of classic Provencal red berries leading to scents of the holidays. Citrus fruits, pine. The spice notes from the Syrah provides a dry, white pepper characteristic across the entire palate. A touch of Rolle gives great acidity and brightness that lends notes of winter citrus, spice with a warming finish.
The beauty of this wine extends from the bottle to the contents. Layers of raspberry, strawberry jam in the nose invite you to a gorgeous, yet spicy palate. A fresh wine with great acidity for food pairing, but roundness to enjoy on its own. If you only have one bottle to bring – this is the ultimate wine for any occasion.
The Vineyard is bordered by a stunning nature reserve, on the edge of an expansive oak forest. Shallow topsoil, layered over an impermeable sandstone slab. A soil nourished by a rich humus of oak leaves and vine shoots.
A winery built on the foundations of an exceptional wine estate near Saint-Tropez. A bold, original and stylish venue in Provence featuring 34-bedroom boutique hotel, restaurant, rooftop and terrace.
Food Pairing: A perfect wine to take to a BBQ and serve with grilled chicken and vegetable skewers. The spice notes will compliment roasted meats and classic Mediterranean flavors like Greek Souvlaki or charchterie.

Beautiful bottle - if you want to take it to someone else's house they'll be impressed! Wine inside is pretty good, but wouldn't say it was excellent
