Very pale in colour. Aromas of strawberry with some lovely floral notes giving additional lift. The palate is medium bodied with a refreshing dry finish. Enjoy out of the fridge on a hot summers day!
An early harvest to preserve the freshness, minimise colour and keep a balanced alcohol. Fermented with neutral yeast and bottled early.
Made from Cabernet Franc & Pinot Noir.
Food Pairing: Great to be served simply as an Aperitif.
