Karikari Estate Vineyard focuses on traditional methods of viticulture and uses sustainable wine-growing practises in order to minimise the effects on the local environment.
All blocks are hand harvested giving almost full control on what is picked. All aspects of canopy managemet are closely monitored to determine what has the greatest value and quality return. It is important to ensure all grapes arrive at the winery clean, ripe and packed full of flavour.
