Description

  • Red berry fruit
  • Bright cherry
  • Hint of spice
  • Juicy

"Bright and youthfully attractive, the bouquet shows sweet raspberry, dark plum, subtle spice and floral aromas on the nose. It's juicy and supple on the palate with rounded mouthfeel and silky tannins, offering charm and easy drinking" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2020

A fragrant Pinot Noir with juicy, ripe, red berry fruit and hint of spice. A supple, medium bodied wine perfect for any occasion. 100% certified sustainable.

The grapes for this wine are from their Wairau Valley vineyards. The 2020 vintage was truly outstanding, and this wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavours that they tasted in the vineyard. The grapes were cold soaked and then hand-plunged while fermenting in stainless-steel with selected yeast to retain the aromatics and bright cherry characters.

It's good to know when you purchase something, it has come from a good place. A place that honours the land and takes care of it for future generations. A place full of people who care about the resources they use and who work hard to replenish every single element. They think carefully about our packaging choices too. Their lightweight bottles are made in New Zealand with a minimum 70% recycled content. The paper for their wine labels comes from certified, sustainably managed forests and the cartons are made from 100% recycled fibre.

The infinity symbol represents their continuous respect and care for the environment and their nonstop commitment to bring you a range of authentic, expressive Marlborough wines you can be proud to share with friends and family. Made by their small, hands-on team in their own winery, with grapes from their own vineyards, this wine is independently certified 100% sustainable.

Food Pairing: Lovers of the classic Marlborough Pinot Noir! Pairs well with hot ham, pork, chicken, light red meat dishes, grilled dishes, seared tuna, stews and casseroles, pizza and pasta or ideal just as a glass of wine on its own.

My order arrived today and I couldn't wait to open the box ......... I was not disappointed. This is a beautiful wine, smooth and unfortunately very easy to drink. I think I will need to order more!
