The Paradise blend is a drier version of the Estate Pinot Gris. It shows aromas of green apple and pear with hints of spice, which are balanced with a touch of residual sugar and racy acidity.
Man O' War Paradise Pinot Gris is Grown on vineyard blocks located on both Ponui and Waiheke Islands, which are elevated hillside sites exposed to the cooling breezes coming off the pacific ocean The name Paradise was given to this particuar blend, as the vineyards are some of the most beautiful places in our paradise Aotearoa.
