Fruit for this Mystery Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from Marlborough where schist and alluvium gravels with small deposits of clay, quartz and mica are the unique foundations for this free draining block and highly sought-after piece of terroir.
Lees ageing prior to bottling has developed mid-palate weight adding to the wine’s intense fruit characters.
