Palest salmon pink in the glass. Poached rhubarb, cranberry juice with savoury nuances of wet earth and mushroom. Rich and broad but with a dry savoury texture.

Hand picked fruit was gently pressed and settled prior to fermentation. We used an old oak vat for fermentation and lees aging prior to bottling.

Food Pairing: Chilled as an aperitif or lunch-time wine with cold meat cuts and charcuterie.
