Mouth-watering, lifted aromas of ripe strawberries with lovely floral notes and a palate that is ripe, juicy, fruity and dry. This is an immensely drinkable wine with plenty of character and depth. Enjoy while young and vibrant.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir sourced from Marlborough. Harvested in early March at 21.5 brix, specifically for this Rosé.
The grapes were pressed immediately, settled overnight and then fermented with a special yeast for Rosé from the south of France. This yeast specifically highlights the natural berry fruit characters, contributing to the amazing aromas and flavours that make this wine so attractive.
Food Pairing: Enjoy this deliciously fruity yet dry Pinot Noir Rosé with great friends, delicious eats and inspiring conversation. Mixed platters, cured meats, olives, young cheeses, spicy dishes – pretty much anything and everything!

Nice wine. A little more of a bite (tartness) than I am used to but a long finish makes it a nice wine to drink in the afternoon. Great value.
