"Fresh, charming and instantly appealing, the bouquet shows raspberry, stone fruit, lemon peel and white floral aromas, followed by a lively palate that is light and bright. The wine offers elegance together with a fine texture and crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering. A lovely drink" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit
Crafted in the traditional way from Pinot Noir grapes, this wine displays delicate, lifted aromas of crushed red berries, confectionary and floral notes. The palate is seamlessly carried by soft acidity and juicy, vibrant fruit.
Produced from 100% hand harvested Pinot Noir from the Able clone which is valued for its delicate refined flavours of strawberry and cream.
Ferment was long and slow cool with 7 days on lees adding a creamy complexity to the juicy fruit freshness.
Food Pairing: Well-balanced and ready to be enjoyed on a sunny day as an aperitif, or with charcuterie, cheeses, or a fresh salad.
