Showing bright aromatics of grapefruit, sweet herbs and nettle. Distinctive yellow citrus on the palate, with red capsicum and a splash of more tropical fruit. The wine is dry, with a mouth-watering line of fine acid. Easy to drink on its own, or to match with food.
Winemaking is all about preserving each site’s individual identity, so it’s kept simple. Juices from each vineyard are kept separate and fermented with an appropriate yeast in stainless steel tanks. Individual wines are then blended according to the winery's idea of a complementary whole.
Nobody’s Hero Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is a bright, fresh, fruit driven wine in an easily recognizable Marlborough style, made in the Framingham way. Wine for those who just want to be themselves.
