Description
- French oak
- Blackberry & mulberry
- Dark chocolate
- Youthful tannins
Brimming with blackberries and mulberries with hints of orange rind and dark chocolate on the palate, this Shiraz wine is powerful and complex to taste. The wine presents integrated oak and youthful tannins, and is beautifully raw yet still elegant, and will age with grace.
Fruit was hand-picked then fermented with 10% whole bunches and stalks. Wine was pumped over each morning then hand rammed three times per day. Skins were hand pressed with all the pressings added back in to the blend. Matured for two years in older oak. No fining or filtration.
