A shiny salmon pink in the glass with a flattering nose of ripe red fruits aromas, redcurrant, raspberry and floral notes.
Sourced from the Languedoc Roussillon region situated along the Mediterranean Sea in different terroirs that add complexity and richness to the wine. A selection of the vines are located in the coolest areas of the Languedoc region near Limoux, which experience a wide temperature range between cool nights and warm days. Grapes were also sourced from the Gard region where the weather is warmer.
Crafted from a blend of bled and press Rosés to develop the richness of the bleeding technique and the freshness of the pressing process – de-stalking and crushing of the grapes – specific settlings to reduce the lees, adapted to a regular fermentation that will develop the aromas – alcoholic fermentation at low temperature (16° C / 60°F).

Nice dry rose’ easy to drink must be some 2020 or 2021 available? ….. same old story of course .. if it was too expensive I’d drink less ??
