A deep salmon pink in the glass, this Rosé wine presents delicate aromas of strawberry and watermelon. It is fresh and crisp, but with the weight and texture you would expect from a Rosé made with 100% Martinborough Pinot Noir. This is a delightful but serious Rosé that's perfect for Summer drinking, ideally with food.
Always the perfectionist, the winemaker was cautious about making a Rosé. After much contemplation he selected a handful of rows of a Pinot Noir clone that he thought would make a great Rosé.
