"Combining power and grace, this dark, single-vineyard red was hand-harvested and matured for 20 months in French oak barrels (33% new). Fragrant and finely textured, with blackcurrant, plum and spice flavours, a hint of liquorice, and ripe, supple tannins, it’s a vigorous, concentrated wine with a long life ahead" Winestate, 2020
"Medium deep colour. Intense blackberry pastille raspberry aromas with praline notes. Well concentrated wine with blackberry espresso flavours, lovely marzipan/ bergamot notes and fine, slightly gritty firm tannins. Finishes minerally and long. Very moreish and interesting wine" Andrew Caillard
Aged in French Oak, this wine is dark and concentrated showing peppery and toasty oak characters. The wine is seamless, has supple tannins, with a smooth, firm and spicy finish.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with beef sirloin steak or rib-eye.
