A classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc showing notes of grapefruit and passionfruit with a mineral note on the finish.
The grapes were selected from a variety of sustainable vineyards throughout Marlborough, including the Wairau Valley. The grapes were machine harvest at peak ripeness and pressed at the winery prior to cool fermentation in stainless steel to keep the wine fruity, fresh, and vibrant.
Drinking well from release and will continue to be enjoyed over the next three years.
Food Pairing: Enjoy with goat's cheese or feta either in a Summer salad or on crackers with honey.
