A rich and intense Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc from a unique single vineyard site. Luscious flavours of white peach, green capsicum and lime zest and capsicum with a hint of salt on the long and lingering finish. This wine is drinking excellently from release and will continue to be aromatic and lively for the next three years.
Selected from a single site in Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley, made up of old riverbed soils, ideal for producing Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes were machine harvest at peak ripeness and pressed at the winery prior to cool fermentation in stainless steel to keep the wines intense fruity aromatic characters.
