Bright plum red in the glass. Ripe plum with lifted spices and sweet red berries on the nose, with sweet red fruits mirroring the aromatics and a blackcurrant thread bordered by black pepper and a long savoury finish. Enjoy now and over the next 3 years.

The fruit for this Mystery wine is sourced from predominantly from mature vines in the winemakers vineyard in Marlborough's Wairau Valley region.

Cold soaked for five days prior to inoculating for fermentation. Regular hand plunging and pumping-over for a high flavour extraction before maturation in French oak barriques.
