The color is pale straw yellow with a golden tinge. The nose offers fresh fruit and subtle notes of flowers like jasmine. The taste is fresh, elegant and well balanced with a pleasant aftertaste. 

The grapes are selected from vineyards throughout the Veneto region in the north East of Italy. Soft pressing of the grapes, with immediate separation of the most from the lees. Fermentation under controlled temperature of 16°C. Alcohol content: 12 % vol.

Food Pairing: Ideal as aperitif or together with the typical lighter dishes of the summer-season. Goes well with fresh cheeses from the Italian tradition. Serve at 10-12° C.
