A fine bead and persistent mousse. Tres French and lively on the nose, bouquets of good dry crunchy fruit with characters of supple spice, apples and subdued cinnamon, peachy elements and sweet smelling clovey punch. Straight onto the palate with crisp apple and nectarine flavours, heightened profiles of rich cashew and toasty, yeasty brioche, simple almond characters with complexities of mint, confectioned citrus and vanilla.

Nice pale-yellow colour with hints of green. Fine and persistent foam.  Fruity, delicate, with aromas of peach, apple and pear. Fresh and lively, round on the middle palate. The aftertaste is long with fruity and floral notes. Easy drinking wine, fresh and pleasant. Very good as an aperitif.

Brut D'Argent Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay brut is produced according to the traditional method, and is was aged for a minimum of 12 months in bottles in cool Burgundian cellars.

This pale and brilliant gold wine has white fruit aromas with numerous fine bubbles. The palate is elegant, long – lasting and well balanced between freshness and fruit. This wine goes perfectly with fish and seafood but also white meat.
