A delicious Chenin Blanc brimming with ripe pear, peach and citrus flavours.
Fruit for this wine was traditionally hand picked in the vineyard and sorted. Fermentation occured in oak barrels with the use of indigenous yeast, and maturation took place in oak barrels.
