More restrained than Sauvignon Blanc from its counterparts in Marlborough yet still delivering aromas of tropical fruit and fresh herbs. Flavours of passionfruit and lemon parade across the palate with a crispness that beautifully complements fresh seafood or salads
Meticulous effort from the viticulture team ensured the vineyards delivered clean, concentrated, and balanced fruit jam packed with classic Sauvignon Blanc flavours.
The fruit for this Mystery Sauvignon Blanc was gently crushed and pressed, and the clear juice was run off for a cool ferment with yeast chosen to highlight the punchy aromatics of this variety. After a short period ageing on lees, the wine was blended and bottled.
