Chinotto is produced from the extracts of zesty sun-ripened chinotto oranges that get their distinct flavour from the unique conditions of the Mediterranean land. This small bitter citrus fruit from the Chinotto tree, and herb extracts are combined with sparkling mineral water. One of its unique attributes is that it tastes bitter and sweet at the same time.
