Raspberry, floral and red currant aromatics with a touch of sweetness and a vibrant crisp finish. This is beautifully soft pink, bright and fruity, a refreshing Summer wine. Perfect with or without food.
Hand harvested from Peregrine Estates Gibbston and Pisa vineyards in the famed Central Otago wine region.
The mild Summer combined with a classic large diurnal shifts in Autumn lead to a long ripening period giving great complexity and concentration to the fruit.
Whole bunch and skin contact portions, followed by a cool fermentation.
