Bright, pretty pinkish colour, a clean and slightly effervescent appearance. It is a fruity wine jutting out on the nose, notes of raspberry and strawberry. On the pallet the berries notes follow through with watermelon flavours with a balanced acidity that gives this wine a great freshness. It presents a harmonious and soft fizz, very refreshing!
This wine is produced in the Casal Garcia winery with carefully selected grapes from the best vineyards of the Vinhos Verdes Region – the most extensive in Portugal. The grapes are pressed at low temperatures and the must is then clarified and fermented at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
