"Gorgeously fruited and immediately appealing, the inviting bouquet shows golden peach, mango, lemon zest, hazelnut and nougat characters with subtle butterscotch complexity. The palate delivers terrific fruit intensity and persistency, while remaining balanced and harmonious with creamy mouthfeel and refreshing acidity. It’s crowd-pleasing and highly enjoyable" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Feb 2020

Richly fruited and immensely appealing nose of golden queen peach, mango, vanilla bean and hazelnut with subtle butterscotch complexity. The palate is super richly fruited with real intensity and persistence, creamy, opulent and gorgeous. Very balanced and harmonious with lovely fine acidity on the finish.

Tony Bish is NZ’s only Chardonnay exclusive producer. Such is his love of this variety and its ability to achieve greatness in Hawke’s Bay, his production is anchored entirely around this noble grape. Tony loves innovation, and is at the leading edge of the modern Chardonnay movement that is bringing more and more consumers back to the joys of this wonderful grape.

clean tasting with some oak. Not too overpowering and very delicious. We enjoyed this pre dinner at dusk with no nibbles and it was delicious
