Aromas of ripe plums, raspberries & touches of cedarwood, followed by a smooth and rounded palate. Ready to drink now but can be aged for 3-5 years.
The style of this Mystery Pinot is more fruit driven, with balanced rounded tannins to be enjoyed as an everyday drinking wine.
Made with traditional techniques to capture the essence of Marlborough Pinot Noir. After 10 months in barrel this wine was blended and bottled on the 4th of March 2019.
