The Echo Sauvignon Blanc 2019 is fruit driven with refreshing acidity and a lingering mineral finish. Beautiful lifted aromas of passionfruit and guava with an expressive palate of tangy citrus and sea salt.
The fruit for this wine came from select vineyards in the Awatere and Wairau Valleys in Marlborough and was fermented at cool temperatures in 100 per cent stainless steel to retain the fresh fruit characters.
Food Pairing: A perfect match with pan fried snapper or on its own as an aperitif. Drink now or at its best over the next two years.
