Rich and vibrant pink in colour The nose is bold and full, with well concentrated aromas of red fruits, strawberries and cream. The palate shows a drier spectrum of red and purple berries. The wine is round yet incredibly balanced in the mouth. Crisp acidity energises the wine as flows into a long and delicate finish. Incredibly drinkable.
Grapes for this wine were hand picked, destemmed and soaked on skins for 2 days before a gentle press. A long cool ferment creating the vibrant colour and complex palate.
