Description

Each bottle of Rapaura Springs tells the story of a lifetime. Of water and wine, and of generations of family working with nature. This collection perfectly captures the best sub-regional flavours, which have been expertly crafted from parcels with concentrated intensity that define the renowned Marlborough region.

Collection includes:

2 x Rapaura Springs Classic Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Awarded Gold MEDAL: Mundus Vini Competition, 2020

Awarded 94/100 Points & 5 Stars: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2020

Awarded Silver Medal: China Wine & Spirit Awards, 2020

"It’s fabulously ripe and fragrant on the nose showing passionfruit, feijoa, crunchy apple and lemon zest aromas, leading to a flavoursome palate that offers excellent vibrancy and lively mouthfeel, making it highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2022" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2020

This wine presents a pure and vibrant palate with layers of passionfruit, tropical fruit and zesty citrus. Juicy fruit flavours and crisp acidity combine to deliver a mouth-watering finish. Capturing all the trademark sub-regional flavours of Marlborough, this Sauvignon Blanc is sure to impress.

2 x Rapaura Springs Reserve Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2020

Awarded Gold Medal: Mundus Vini Competition, 2020

Awarded Gold Medal: China Wine & Spirit Awards, 2020

Awarded 95/100 Points & 5 Stars: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2020

"Gorgeously fruited and intensely aromatic, the wine shows feijoa, passionfruit, green rockmelon and lime peel characters on the nose. It’s equally satisfying on the palate, delivering excellent concentration and persistency, brilliantly complemented by fine texture and refreshing acidity" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Aug 2020

Succulent, ripe flavours of passionfruit, tropical fruit and black currant are balanced with crisp acidity and a distinct salty minerality, which combine to create a mouth watering finish. This wine is the definition of Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Food Pairing: Perfectly pairing with creamy rock oysters or a tomato, feta & basil pasta.

Alc: 13%

2 x Rapaura Springs Single Vineyard The Bull Paddock Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2019

AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: New Zealand International Wine Show 2019

Awarded 5 Stars: Michael Coopers Buyers Guide

Expressive tropical melon fruits, guava and passion-fruit with floral blackcurrant leaf herbals. The palate has a soft and juicy entrance full of melon and mango with underlying yellow bell peppers. The wine is weighty and textural with a crisp mineral line to finish.

The Bull Paddock Vineyard is located in the Dillons Point sub-region of Marlborough’s Lower Wairau Valley and was once only good for raising bulls. The young alluvial soils now produce grapes with a powerful bouquet of rich tropical aromas, expressive flavours and an intriguing mineral element.

Food Pairing: Enjoy with goats cheese or feta either on crackers with honey or try in rocket salad with candied walnuts.

Alc: 13.5%
