The prettiest pinks of France to richer, brighter fruitier ones from Italy, and a classic pale Provence style from Portugal...

You can't beat a nice splash of Rosé in your glass. "Drink pink" has become something of a mantra for Kiwi wine lovers, with sales soaring over recent years. In this classic international mix we have the prettiest pinks of France to richer, brighter fruitier ones from Italy, and a classic pale Provence style from Portugal.

Collection includes:

2 x Feudi Bizantini 'Passofino' Rosato 2018 (Italy)

Awarded 98/100 Points: Luca Maroni, 'Yearbook of Italy's Best Wines'

Pretty pale color, petal pink, elegant with shiny reflections. Beautiful and intense aromatic expression of fresh fruit and spring flowers. In the mouth, the acidity is refreshing; a great elegance and a nice balance dominate, with a saline finish.

Feudi Bizantini’s Passofino range wines is fast becoming a customer favourite. We think this delicious pink will only cement this reputation. It's made purely from Montepulciano & Merlot, which here brings a creamy cascade of cherry and plum fruit with a lovely bite of freshness.

Food Pairing: Mouthfilling, juicy and moreish, it fits in effortlessly – at parties, picnics, barbecues – with food or without.

2 x Villa Blanche Grenache Rosé 2018 (France)

Awarded Gold Medal: Gilbert & Gaillard

Awarded 93/100 Points & 5 Stars: Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

"This is a fabulous dry style; it is light and bright with raspberry, watermelon and lemon peel characters on the nose with a touch of savoury complexity. The palate is juicy and vibrant with fine texture and crisp acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Exquisitely pale pink of great brilliance in the glass. The nose is floral, with notes of aniseed, rose and white blossom. Succulent, well-balanced, fruity and fresh at the same time, it reveals notes of citrus but also white peach, apricot and a touch of almond and mint. A beautifully long finish confirms this as a structured Rosé that is not only excellent for drinking immediately.

2 x Lab Lisboa Vinho Rose 2018 (Portugal)

AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge 2019

AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: Asia Wine Trophy 2019

AWARDED GOLD MEDAL: Berliner Wein Trophy 2019

Multi Gold Medal winning pale pink from Portugal. A berry and cherry explosion of vibrant fruits, this delicious dry rosé is summer-sipping perfection! A lively Rosé with very aromatic notes of ripe red fruits and flowers. In the palate, juicy strawberries and pink mulberry flavours with plenty of fine tannins take over at the finish, along with flavours of liquorice.

Casa Santos Lima (the Producer of Lab) is located about 40km away from Lisbon. They're a fairly big operation making wines from most regions of the country but all of them in a very regionally-sensitive way - and very modern, clean and drinkable to boot. We are really enthusiastic about these wines - for the wonderfully characterful break from the normal that they represent, but also because they are simply phenomenal value-for-money. You must try these wines.
