"This characterful Marlborough rosé is brim-full of flavour. Bright pink, with strawberry, spice and watermelon characters, it has excellent vigour, with a dry, lingering finish" Michael Cooper

Mouth-watering, lifted aromas of ripe strawberries with lovely floral notes and a palate that is ripe, juicy, fruity and dry. This is an immensely drinkable wine with plenty of character and depth. Enjoy while young and vibrant.

Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown at Lawson's coastal Chaytors Road vineyard at the Wairau Diversion. Harvested in early March at 21.5 brix, specifically for this Rosé.

The grapes were pressed immediately, settled overnight and then fermented with a special yeast for Rosé from the south of France. This yeast specifically highlights the natural berry fruit characters, contributing to the amazing aromas and flavours that make this wine so attractive.

Spiritually, the mandala pattern is said to help transform ordinary minds into enlightened ones, while the shape symbolises balance and perfection. Pink represents compassion and glamour while silver is said to restore balance.

Food Pairing: Enjoy this deliciously fruity yet dry Pinot Noir Rosé with great friends, delicious eats and inspiring conversation. Mixed platters, cured meats, olives, young cheeses, spicy dishes – pretty much anything and everything!
