Soft golden colour with light green hues in the glass. Intensely aromatic with a notes of lime zest and capsicum on the nose. A refreshing, zingy wine with flavours of fresh herbs, rounded melon and a lingering bright citrus finish.
A fantastic vintage, with warm sunny days and cooler nights resulted in great fruit purity and beautiful structure.
This wine is produced from carefully selected parcels of grapes from vineyards in the beautiful Marlborough region of New Zealand. The soils are ancient river beds with a mix of free draining stony soils and clay loams.
Food Pairing: This wine is a perfect start to a meal, great with seafood dishes or a crisp Summer salad.
