Produced from carefully selected vineyards in Marlborough this is a lovely fresh, fragrant and juicy Sauvignon Blanc with a lifted nose of passionfruit and gooseberry with hints of lemon zest. The palate is light bodied and fresh with flavours of fragrant ripe grapefruit, freshly cut capsicum and an elegant mineral note. Fine acidity provides balance and supports a long lingering finish.
Food Pairing: Drink now or within the next two years. This wine is a perfect accompaniment to freshly caught seafood and a Summer salad.

Being from Marlborough I knew what the real 'Edwin Fox' was - a ship, but had never heard about the wine named after it! Since it was delivered (and free I might add), I would thoroughly recommend the wine and will be getting more in the near future!
