Collection includes:

1 x Rock Ferry Bendigo Central Otago Brut Rosé 2014

awarded 5 stars: michael cooper

awarded 95/100 points & 5 stars: sam kim, Wine orbit, dec 2019

"Beautifully fragrant and instantly appealing, the bouquet shows strawberry, rockmelon, lemon pith and lovely yeasty characters, leading to a delightfully elegant palate that’s finely textured and persistent. It’s mouthfilling and fleshy, making it highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2022" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Dec 2019

"Certified organic, the 2014 vintage is a classy, distinctive wine. Estate-grown in the Trig Hill Vineyard, at Bendigo, it was fermented in a 50/50 split of seasoned oak barrels and stainless steel barrels, and disgorged after maturing for 3 1/2 years on its yeast lees. Pale pink, it is vivacious, with intense, strawberryish, spicy, yeasty flavours, showing good complexity, and a very finely balanced, dry (5 grams/litre residual sugar), lingering finish" Michael Cooper

This wine is Summer in a bottle with delicate floral aromas and a hint of wild berries on the nose. Then strawberries and cream come through on the palate before moving through to more complex doughy flavours.

1 x Rock Ferry Marlborough Blanc De Blancs 2015

awarded 4.5 stars: michael cooper

awarded 95/100 points & 5 stars: sam kim, wine orbit, dec 2019

"It's wonderfully complex and seductively expressed on the nose showing white flesh nectarine, rockmelon, lemon peel and brioche characters. The palate offers terrific concentration and depth, superbly enhanced by creamy texture and bright acidity, leading to a lengthy expansive finish. Stylish and immensely appealing. At its best: now to 2024" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Dec 2019

"The very lively 2015 vintage was made from Chardonnay, estate-grown in The Corners Vineyard at Rapaura, in Marlborough. Hand-picked and fermented in a mix of old oak (30 per cent) and stainless steel (70 per cent) barrels, it was disgorged after two years on its yeast lees. Bright, light lemon/green, with a fragrant, citrusy bouquet, it is vigorous, with strong, grapefruit-like flavours, gently yeast notes adding complexity, and a crisp, unusually dry (4 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish. Certified organic" Michael Cooper

Lemon curd, mandarin and biscuity notes show on the nose while the palate is creamy and elegant with notes of freshly baked dough. There is a clean acidity finely balanced with a mineral style and a lengthy finish.
