Lovely pink colour in the glass. Fruity bouquet with red fruit notes and Spring flowers aromas. Beautifully fresh and delicate on the palate.
Direct pressing and cold settling (10 ° C) for 48 hours. Slow fermentation at low temperature (16 ° C) in the tank.
Food Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal partner for light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood.
