A delicious Pinot Gris with lifted aromas of fragrant juicy pear, pastry flakes and spring blossom. Beautifully rounded flavours of pear, baked apple and cinnamon leads to a lovely crisp dry finish that lingers.
The Edwin Fox is a Historical East Indiaman style ship built in Bengal in 1853. She is the ninth oldest ship afloat in the world today and the last surviving wooden immigrant ship to New Zealand. She now resides on the Picton foreshore, at the gateway to the picturesque Marlborough Sounds.
Food Pairing: Well matched with a creamy Fettuccine Alfredo or pan fried snapper in breadcrumbs.
