Typical Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc aromas of freshly cut capsicum and passion fruit with lifted notes of green leaf and a hint of salt. The palate is succulent and juicy with delicious flavours of ripe peaches, gooseberry and a hint of citrus. An elegant, clean minerality leads to a long lingering, zesty finish with a silky texture. Fruit for this wine is harvested from a number of quality Marlborough vineyards and fermented in stainless steel to retain bright, lifted fruit flavours.
Food pairing: Ideal for drinking now or at its freshest over the next 2 years. Enjoy on its own or with freshly caught snapper and a summer salad. An ideal match with grilled fish & a goats cheese salad.
