Description

This Lighter Pinot Gris displays attractive floral aromas of white flowers and spring blossoms. The textural palate has flavours of pear and hints of exotic spices with an off-dry finish.

Selected parcels of Pinot Gris are chosen that express flavours and balanced acidity early in the ripening process. Cool slow fermentation with neutral yeasts enhances fruit flavours. Serve chilled.
