Description
Very pale pink colour in the glass. Delicate aromas of strawberries, floral undertones and some watermelon. The palate is fresh, lively and shows lovely strawberry and cream notes.
Destemmed directly to press, the Pinot Noir grapes were immediately pressed off their skins - attaining a perfect ‘very pale’ pink hue. Keeping the delicacy of flavour, winemakers captured free run juice and light pressings only. Cool fermentation was used to retain the bright fruit flavours in this lovely Rosé.
Perched between the Tasman Sea and Pacific Ocean, the land is one of humbling extremes. Storm fronts sweep across the regions, whipping the landscape into unruly contours and carving terrain of awe-inspiring beauty. The distinctive range of wines is skilfully crafted to embody the wild grace intrinsic to this land.
