From the Uco Valley and Luján de Cuyo Mendoza region in Argentina. The grapes were grown in alluvial soil with drip irrigation. The vines experienced both a dry and continental climate with great sun exposure, allowing perfect ripening. The grapes were machine harvested the first week of April.
The grapes were destemmed and crushed, with maceration taking place before fermentation. 18 days of fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 25-28ºC. Natural malolactic fermentation. The wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
Food Pairing: Enjoy it with Lamb ribs with rosty eggplant and paprika mayonnaise.
