Clear, pale yellow in colour. On the nose you’ll find ripe varietal fruit flavours of apple, nashi pear and citrus with white florals and spice. A beautifully lifted and expressive wine with mouth-filling that finishes crisp and fresh. A very versatile wine that pairs well with a number of cuisines.

Sourced from established vineyards in the cooler southern coastal region that is perfectly situated to experience consistent temperatures from closer proximity to the ocean and avoiding the heat of neighbouring inland South Australian regions.

After a rather low yielding 2018 the Limestone Coast was back on form after a relatively trouble-free vintage. A dry winter was followed by a cool spring and then a fiercely hot summer in most of South Australia. Limestone Coast faired better than other regions with a crop that exceeded that of the previous year and the quality was top notch.

Picked in the cool of the morning to maintain freshness and vitality. Fermented solely in stainless steel with a short time on lees contact for additional subtle nuance and texture whilst maintaining the ultra-important flavour and freshness. Vinified without excessive handling to enable the fruit to be as expressive as possible.
