A fresh, shiny salmon-pink in the glass with an intensely refreshing bouquet with notes of ripe stone fruit and soft red berries. This wine has an excellent body and is long in the mouth with a very characteristic mouth-watering, dry finish.
The "Inspiration" wine is the fruit of a meticulous selection of grapes lovingly blended by an oenologist and a cellar master, both experts in Provence wines, to lend every vintage its unique intensity, complexity and character.
Winemaking: Night harvest. Direct pressing, cold decanting, short stabilization on lees of part of juices, fermentation between 14° and 18°C for enhanced aromatic diversity. Raised in vats on fine lees for several months.
Food Pairing: Serve well-chilled as an aperitif or, ideally, with tapas, a salmon gravlax, salads or fresh Provencal vegetables.
