Description

  • Fresh cherry
  • Juicy summer fruit
  • Subtle spice
  • Crisp, dry style

"It is elegantly fragrant on the nose showing sweet cherry, nectarine and apple notes with a touch of spice. The palate is light, bright and beautifully refreshing, delivering juicy mouthfeel and crisp acidity, leading to a gorgeously long, tasty finish" Sam Kim, Wine Orbit, Jun 2019

A brillant pink color in the glass. This Rosé has an elegant lychee fragrance with a white summer fruits bouquet. Full flavoured and refreshing with a crisp finish. The unique Les Dauphins style is all about pleasure and versatility, and the wines express fruit-forward aromas, freshness, concentration and great finesse.

This delicious blend is 75% Grenache, 15% Cinsault, 10% Syrah is soured from the Southern Rhône Valley, South of Drôme and North of Vaucluse.

The grapes are harvested at optimum maturity either mechanically or handpicked. Harvesting is realised during the night or early in the morning to preserve the freshness. The grapes are direct pressed: a light pressing with separation of juices. Alcoholic fermentation between 16 and 18°C. Maturation on lees during 2-6 months. Tangential filtration.

Food Pairing: Delicious on its own, great with starters, salads and barbecues.
