This pale dry Rosé has intense fruit aromas of peach and pomegranate. Everything you want in a dry Rosé - dangerously fresh, generously textured, a touch of spice and brimming with sophistication. Lovely pale Rosé colour. Exciting nose of peach, pomegranate and wild herb. Textural, spicy, calm, creamy, soft and very delicious. Drink now.
Mild dry growing season, timely spring rain, slow ripening, terrific flavour development.
Grown for purpose. 4 Hours of skin contact, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermented in both vats and casks. Two months on fine lees for texture and mouthfeel. Minimal filtration.
Food Pairing: Chicken with Moroccan couscous.
