"Bright, pale salmon with a ruby hue, slightly lighter edged. The nose is softly full, nuances of an amalgam of red fruit melded with floral and black pepper. Medium-bodied, the palate is with weight, and a savoury edge; aromas of red berries, cranberries interweave florals, and a hint of farmyard, black pepper linger on the finish. The wine has a lovely intensity; crisp acidity provides fluidity. Match with charcuterie over the next 2 years.
